I shouldn't even be browsing the ranger forum since I'm a complete noob with rangers hehe... But, I myself use Sabway, and I think that build was actually made for HM? Anyway it works superb in HM
For a ranger build... Hmm, maybe splinter-barrager? combine that with a flatbow and just spam barrage/splinter weapon.
(I know 1 of the sab necro's got Splinter, but you should still carry one yourself since hero's kinda suck at placing it on the right guys...)

Should run Volley/BHA if you consider taking Barrage

Depends on where you are in HM
If you are in the lower areas with a max party of 4 you'll need to be some form of melee to hold aggro and keep people of off your necros.
This weekend I rolled the first 4 prophicies mission in HM with a melee Ranger and Sabway, easy as pie.
I did a couple as a Beast Master with a Hammer, then I did a couple with an Axe build. The hero does just fine applying splintter to the right person and [skill]Triple Chop[/skill] plus [skill]Cyclone Axe[/skill] are simply amazing with splinter.
In the larger party areas you better off with a Bow as long as you are taking a melee henchie.

[broad head arrow][volley][epidemic][distracting shot][optional][optional][optional][optional]
And Sabway works perfectly in HM, and with BHA + Epidemic + Enfeebling Blood, you have martials doing next to no damage, and casters casting no spells and taking ~108 damage (9 minions, 14 damage per hit).
I don't use Mark of Pain myself though.

Is Livia your N/Rt with Rit restoration skills? If she is, then that would be the best choice.

Well the whole purpose for the N/Rt healer is that heros have no emanagement and Soul Reaping allows them to have near infinite energy. Of course, the N/Rt is preferable over the Monk, but if you MUST take the monk, then get rid of the healer.

[build name="bomber/curses hybrid" prof=N/ Deathmagic=12+1+3 soulreaping=8+1 curses=10+1][animate bone minions][jagged bones][death nova][blood of the master][signet of lost souls][enfeebling blood][barbs][mark of pain][/build][build name="resto nec" prof=N/RT restorationmagic=12 soulreaping=8+1 channelingmagic=10][weapon of remedy][mend body and soul][spirit light][signet of lost souls][protective was kaolai][life][splinter weapon][ancestor's rage][/build]
+ the required hero.
(Barbs/Mark of Pain on the bomber, and splinter/ancestor's on the resto are realy optional slots, but they worked well in the 3 man, so I left them in. If your uncomfortable without resses, go ahead and slot them in.)
Basicly compresses the strongpoints of the 3 man and frees up a hero slot. I used that for Elonian Guardian on my ranger.
and for my ranger I use:
[blank ranger template1;OgUTcXsl5xV+YUNAgZDAwJgxBA] or
[blank ranger template2;OgUTcXslZyV6xAMEA4SEAwJAjDA]
the two blank slots being for what ever PvE skills I feel the area needs. [finish him] [you move like a dwarf] and [ebon vanguard assassin support] are all solid general choices if you can't decide.
